Our speaker, Delon Yau, is currently a Software Engineer from the Commercial Software Engineering Division at Microsoft Asia. He works with key strategic customers in Asia to envision and build next generation cloud solutions on artificial intelligence, big data analytics, blockchain and IoT, on both the Microsoft and OSS stacks.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Delon cofounded a number of startups and solution companies in the UK and Hong Kong with broad technology experience. He is also a hardware engineer with experience in sensors, micro-controllers and wearable devices, etc.
Delon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from UCL.
